From an early age, Tom imagined owning his own company with a visionary eye on quality services and customer service that prioritizes skilled and dedicated employees, competitive pricing and building nurturing long-term connections with his customers. Today, the company boasts a full-service menu within the fire suppression industry to meet customer needs more comprehensively. While Tom primarily manages the day-to-day duties, he can be seen working alongside and training his employees to ensure quality services. Tom is certified in multiple fire suppression systems including Protex, Badger, Kidde and Amerex, and is committed to ongoing education within the industry.

Tom, a dedicated father of two, embodies the values of faith, service, and community in all aspects of his life. Actively involved in his Catholic faith, he finds fulfillment in charitable endeavors and community events, extending a helping hand wherever it's needed. In his leisure time, he shares memorable experiences with his loved ones, particularly his son, as they travel across the country attending Unlimited Hydroplane races, bonding over their shared passion for the sport. Tom also enthusiastically cheers on Notre Dame football, fostering a sense of camaraderie and tradition with each game. Above all, he treasures the moments spent with his family, cherishing the simple joys of togetherness, and creating lasting memories that will be cherished for years to come.

Head Fire Alarm Technician

Martin brings over 25 years of unparalleled expertise to his role as our esteemed head Fire Alarm technician. With a comprehensive understanding of every aspect of the industry, Martin has a sharp eye on installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance, earning him a reputation as a true veteran in the field. Proficient in a wide range of makes and models of fire alarm panels, Martin's dedication to his craft knows no bounds. His motto is simple: if he doesn't know it, he'll figure it out, ensuring that our clients receive nothing but the highest standard of service and support.

When away from the alarms, Martin embraces life with a sense of adventure and altruism. As a self-proclaimed daredevil, he finds excitement in activities like skydiving and rappelling off tall buildings, often participating in charitable events to support worthy causes. When he's not seeking thrills, Martin enjoys cheering on his favorite teams in football, baseball, and NASCAR, and spending quality time with his beloved pets, showcasing his undeniable passion for animals.

Office Administrator

Providing friendly and knowledgeable support and customer service to both clients and internal staff. Melanie regularly assists with walk-in clients, and is responsible for scheduling, billing, and answering phone lines. Melanie is dedicated to assisting our clients with any questions or related matters.

In her free time, Melanie stays very busy supporting her four kids, ages 8-17, in their varied sporting and clubbing activities, and would not trade it for anything in the world.

Lead Financial Operations

With precision and attention to detail, Trisha analyzes data, researches tax codes, and prepares tax documents, ensuring compliance and accuracy at every step. Her commitment to excellence extends to maintaining balanced books and fostering positive customer relationships, as she interacts with clients to ensure their accounts are current and in good standing. Beyond her financial responsibilities, Trisha plays a vital role in the organizational aspects of our business. From assisting with scheduling to managing filing systems, her organizational skills keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently.
